This agreement is valid between FURBAZAAR ApS and its customers.
Custom made products are products made from measurements (such as a mink jackets).
Standard products are products not made from measurements (such as accessories).
When you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can keep track of your order status by logging into your account and going to "Your order history" at; www.furbazaar.com. Please note that you have to log in to do this.
Production and delivery
Your order will be produced by our furriers and in about 3-4 weeks delivered directly to your delivery address. We use UPS and DHL for our deliveries so you can easily follow your order through the tracking system UPS and DHL offers. Your order is professionally packaged by our furriers in order to protect it.
If you have ordered a sample, this will be sent to you by post within 2-4 days after the order is paid for.
Payment can be made by by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal and cash. When you have completed your payment your order will be sent to production. No money will charge before delivery though.
FURBAZAAR offers free shipping worldwide. Freight is included in the price. FURBAZAAR cannot be held responsible for possible shipment delays as all shipments are handled by third parties. FURBAZAAR subcontracts carriers and, therefore, when the order is handed over to the carrier the only information available to FURBAZAAR is the one appeared in the carrier website. The tracking number to get this information will be set to your order when the package is shipped. All purchases made with FURBAZAAR include a shipment contract. FURBAZAAR will not be responsible for delays within the recipient's control, such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, having supplied FURBAZAAR with incorrect delivery information, or is unable or unwilling to cooperate with carrier and/or customs. When the order is in carrier's hands, the carrier is responsible for it.
Please notice that in some countries, the logistics company sends the customs/tax invoice directly to the end customer. If that is the case with your order, please pay the invoice and send a digital copy of the invoice to us by email. We will refund 100% of this cost immediately. This is a fee that is included in the total price that you have already paid.
Due to the fact that each custom made fur is custom made for each individual customer FURBAZAAR does not offer any opportunities to return made to measure furs. Fitting and adjustments is included in the price and offered through our guarantee below.

A fur needs to breathe so hang it on a broad hanger with plenty of space around it. Avoid hanging the coat in direct light for an extended period. If the coat is covered by a garment bag, the bag must be made of breathable material, like the ones provided by FURBAZAAR.
If the fur becomes wet, shake it and hang it on a hanger in a dry and well-ventilated room. Avoid direct heat impact – It damages the fur. When the fur garment is dry, simply shake it out and it is ready for use.
Have a professional fur cleaner clean the fur garment every second or third year. During the summer, you should have your fur garment in a cool, dark and ventilated room.
In case of war, natural disaster, labor related disputes, government edicts, delivery failures from suppliers, extraordinary circumstances outside FURBAZAAR control, that affects the contract between FURBAZAAR and the customer, FURBAZAAR will not be responsible for completing the terms specified above.
A purchase from FURBAZAAR is governed by Danish law. Any dispute with companies within the FURBAZAAR Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, shall be settled in a Danish court of law.
How a product from FURBAZAAR is used is the responsibility of the bearer of the product and how it is kept is the responsibility of the keeper of the product. No company within the FURBAZAAR Group, its employees, Directors, or owners, individually or together, can be held responsible for any injury, damage, harm, suffering, etc to anyone or anything that has been caused, directly or indirectly, by a product from FURBAZAAR.
